It’s full steam ahead on site this month. Excavation works are well underway, with a 50-tonne excavator recently deployed to break through rock at the detention tank site on Palm Street.

This important step ensures the proper installation and long-term functionality of the stormwater system.

Elsewhere, design work is currently in progress for the boulder wall in Stage 1. Once complete, this wall will play a key role in capturing and managing stormwater runoff, enhancing both site sustainability and safety.

Construction of retaining walls for Stages 1 and 2 is also progressing steadily. These walls are essential for stabilising the terrain and preparing the site for future development.

Meanwhile, utilities installation for Stage 1A, including water, electrical, and communications infrastructure, has now been successfully completed. This milestone represents a significant step toward readiness for upcoming construction phases.
