We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for Maleny Grove, with steady progress achieved on site over the past month despite some early weather challenges. 

During the first two weeks of January, periods of wet weather caused minor short-term disruption. As conditions improved, the construction team was able to regain momentum and advance key works across the site. 

Significant progress has been made on internal roadworks, with the first road pour completed in the week commencing 21 January, followed closely by the second road pour on 27 January. These milestones mark an important step forward in establishing access and essential infrastructure throughout the development. 

Retaining wall construction is continuing, with crews progressing installation works around the deck homes in Stage 1. These works are critical in preparing the site for upcoming construction phases and ensuring the stability and functionality of the surrounding landscape. 

We’re also pleased to confirm that Ausmar, our appointed home builder, is expected to commence works on site in mid-February. This will signal an exciting transition into the next phase of the Maleny Grove project, and we look forward to sharing further updates as their start date approaches. 

In parallel with building works, Stage 1B services are well underway, with electrical and communications installations progressing as scheduled. Additionally, stormwater services for Stage 2 have now been completed, supporting long-term drainage and infrastructure needs across the site.
