There’s plenty happening on site as the transformation of Maleny Grove powers ahead. 

Visible progress can now be seen across civil works, infrastructure and early home construction, with Stage 1 and Stage 2 well underway. 

In Stage 1, retaining wall construction continues, helping to define the landscape, and rock pitching along the boulder wall is nearing completion. This will enhance both stability and the overall finish of the community. 

In addition, a number of lots have now been filled and prepared, positioning the project for upcoming slab pours in the coming weeks, subject to favourable weather conditions. 

The installation of the Ausmar site shed has increased on-site activity by supporting day-to-day construction operations, and electrical fit-off works in Stage 1A mark a significant step toward completion for these homes. 

Progress is also building in Stage 2, with essential infrastructure works now underway. 

Sewer installations are continuing across the stage, laying the groundwork for future homes, while excavation has commenced for the detention tank, which will be a key component in managing site drainage. 

As construction progresses, Maleny Grove’s expansion continues to evolve from vision to reality,  balancing natural beauty with modern, low-maintenance living.
