Preparation for the next phase of works has begun at Maleny Grove, with plenty of activity taking place both above and below ground as the transformation of our community advances. 

Across the site, cut and fill shaping has continued to create the correct levels for future roads, pathways, and building pads. This important stage ensures proper drainage and forms a stable foundation for all upcoming construction activities. In Stage 1, materials from initial demolition works have now been safely removed, clearing the area and paving the way for further progress. 

Meanwhile, retaining wall excavations are well underway in preparation for installation. These walls will provide essential structural support to manage changes in ground level and ensure long-term stability throughout the village. 

Elsewhere, stormwater infrastructure, including pits and lines, has been installed. This helps to manage surface water across the site and prevent pooling during heavy rain.
