There was plenty to celebrate when we threw a festive welcome party for our future residents.

Over 20 new buyers attended the special pre-Christmas event on November 26 at the stunning Tiffany’s Maleny, which overlooks the breathtaking Glasshouse Mountains.

Guests enjoyed drinks and canapés while connecting with their soon-to-be neighbours and meeting our team, including Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown, COO Craig Syphers, and Maleny Grove Village Manager Tina Sewell and Sales Manager Desley Arnold, who shared updates and insights about the vibrant community that awaits.

With construction now well underway on the transformation of Maleny Grove, there has been an incredible demand for homes and 80 percent are now sold.

Buyers are made up of locals as well as residents from across Southeast Queensland and the southern states. Many are long-time Maleny residents returning to be closer to family, while others are embracing the opportunity to retire naturally in the region they love.

With Stage 1 slabs scheduled to begin in January and new residents moving in from mid-year through to the end of the year, we’re also preparing for the release of Stage 2.
