It’s time to embrace a new era at Maleny Grove.

With plans to increase residences from 28 to 94 – adding 66 architecturally designed villas as well as a new premium lifestyle clubhouse – there will soon be even more reasons to head to our hinterland community.

Nestled in the lush heart of the Sunshine Coast region, Maleny Grove is already known for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and tranquil green surrounds, and this next stage of development will introduce a new level of comfort, connection, and amenity.

At the centre of the expansion is The Lodge – a vibrant new community clubhouse designed to support health, well-being, and social connection. Here, residents will enjoy exclusive access to premium facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, on-site café, and a hair and beauty salon – all just moments from their front door.

Maleny Grove was built in 2010 and acquired by Reside Communities in 2024. The new villas and facilities are expected to be completed in 2027.
