We’re pleased to share that the newly finalised club floorplan for Maleny Grove is now available to view.

This detailed plan of The Lodge provides a closer look at the thoughtfully designed facilities that will sit at the heart of our community. From wellness spaces and pools to dining areas, lounges and outdoor terraces, they offer future residents the opportunity to explore how each space connects and flows, and to picture the lifestyle that awaits. 

Reside Communities Operations Manager Craig Syphers said the release of the floorplan marked an exciting step forward. 

“The resident club is the social and wellbeing hub of our community,” he said. 

“Making this floorplan available allows our current and future residents to really understand the scale, layout and amenity on offer, and to see how carefully the space has been designed to support connection, activity and relaxation.” 

The update comes as construction momentum continues.

The transformation is becoming increasingly visible with internal road pours now completed, retaining walls advancing, and appointed builder Ausmar commencing works, signalling the beginning of vertical construction.
