Welcoming a new Village Manager to Maleny Grove!
Residents at Maleny Grove have been getting to know a friendly new face, with Tina Sewell joining the community as Village Manager on 1 September.
Originally from Essex in the UK, Tina has called Australia home for 23 years, and most of those were spent in Sydney. She recently made the move from the Sunshine Coast to Mooloolah Valley, just a short drive from Maleny, and loves the laid-back country lifestyle.
Tina brings years of experience in village operations and says she was drawn to Maleny Grove because of the exciting transformation currently underway.
“I’ve worked across a number of development sites and operations roles, so this position really appealed to me because of the change and growth happening here,” she said.
“It’s a really exciting time for Maleny Grove, with the transformation taking shape. I love the fact that we are expanding but still keeping the special culture and close-knit feel that residents love.
“The village is small, so I have been getting to know every resident personally and have been able to build a genuine rapport, which helps me respond to their needs.”
When complete, Maleny Grove will feature 96 villas, ensuring it retains its peaceful and personal charm.
Tina said buyers were attracted to the fabulous lifestyle on offer.
“It’s such a beautiful place to live. It’s peaceful, picturesque, surrounded by green space and has that real village community feel,” she said.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys exploring the region’s beaches and bushland, taking time to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
